UTAC certification provides a guarantee of consistency
between the various certifications requested and regulatory
requirements of the automotive industry:
- Multi-certification
- European Directive 2001/116/CE
The service is provided by auditors who are employees of UTAC.
This ensures that their abilities are continually monitored
and that personnel are always available to carry out audits.

> Quality management :

Auditors are employees of UTAC, and recruited from
the automotive industry. They are qualified to a number
of standards :
- 28 auditors qualified to ISO/TS 16949 2002
- 4 auditors qualified to QS 9000
- 40 auditors qualified to ISO 9001 (2000 edition)

> Environmental management :

UTAC employs both in-house auditors (six qualified
auditors) and independent auditors (nineteen qualified
auditors, including six outside France). |
> Health and safety at work management :

Four of the auditors employed by UTAC are qualified
to perform certification audits according to OHSAS 18001 |

UTAC partners |

To reduce the costs of audits in Latin American countries,
UTAC carries out audits jointly with its local partners (IQA
in Brazil and IRAM in Argentina).
This solution provides customers with total linguistic comprehension,
local certification according to ISO 9000 and analysis to automotive
standards identical to those used in Western Europe.
